How long will be charged the monthly membership fee?

The membership monthly fee (for basic and platinum) is set to charge for 12 months only unless you cancel prior. It will not charge for over 12 months of the program, as it is set automatically stop after the 12th month/payment.

What if I can't attend the calls or online chats live?

You will be provided with audio files of all calls, transcripts of all calls and online sessions, so that you can read them in your own time in the event you cannot attend live.

Why do you have different buttons for PayPal and credit/debit card purchases?

Our shopping cart does not permit recurring payments made from PayPal users, as you have to authorize manually or through PayPal only for recurring transactions such as membership fees. So all PayPal users must use the correct PayPal buttons to order or else they will lose their membership and its benefits after the first month.

Can you guarantee my VA business will be successful?

No, we cannot guarantee you will be successful. Your success depends squarely on you and your aptitude, your skills, your ability to invest in your business, and your motivation and efforts. We are offering you tools and information and support to help you succeed. But your success is incumbent upon yourself and your ability to take action on what you learn.

What do I need in terms of software and equipment to participate in this program?

Adobe Reader will be required for the worksheets, goal sheets, and lessons. In addition, you will need some type of software to play MP3 files. A high speed internet connection is preferable to download those MP3 files. Also, you will need email (white list movingtowardsuccessprogram.com and secretariesondemand.com so you don't miss important lesson information) and an internet connection and browser to access lessons and materials and our private message board. Also, you will need a telephone (regular or VOIP) that can connect to long distance numbers for the live calls if you choose to participate in those.

Can I get a refund?

You cannot get a refund for payments already processed, but you can cancel your membership at any time if you are not fully satisfied with the program.

Can I cancel?

Absolutely. If you ordered via PayPal, you can cancel yourself in your PayPal subscriptions area. If you ordered via credit card or debit card, email info@movingtowardsuccessprogram.com with your request to cancel from future payments.
